If you book specific treatments alongside the initial consultation I will send out consent forms for you to read ahead of your appointment. All information you share will be confidential, inline with GDPR guidance.
Prior to consultation you will be sent a medical questionnaire and consent forms for you to read and sign. Our advanced nurse practitioner will then review these ahead of your appointment to ensure it is safe to proceed.
Thorough aftercare and follow up review is included in the price.
